New-fashioned and reasonably large units with great views, a very large super comfortable bed and the balconies, and the staff were professional. The highlight was the good food.

Family hotel with reliable wi-fi, the location was stunning in the different bays. Thanks to the welcoming staff everything was perfect, including lots ofDELICIOUS food. Location next to the Erina Cruise as well as Hanoi airport from nin binh.

The hotel's location was stunning, adjacent to the different bays and peaceful Halong Bay. The room was big and fairly quiet, there were a safe box, an iron and ironing board, and a work desk. Its service was exceptional.

I had an amazing stay at a cruise in Ha Long Bay. The rooms were luxurious and the beds were really comfortable. The staff was outstanding, especially Kim who was lovely with the kids and extremely helpful. The food served on the cruise was delicious, with the seafood being a standout. The location of the cruise was perfect, allowing us to explore the beautiful Ha Long Bay and visit the larger cave, Cat Ba island, and other stunning spots.

Enfin, la situation centrale de l'hôtel est un réel atout. Niché dans un beau quartier, l'hôtel est idéalement situé, proche des commerces et facilement accessible. De plus, certaines chambres offrent même une vue magnifique sur le parc voisin depuis leur balcon.

Dans les points négatifs, je dois dire que je n'ai pas trouvé grand chose à redire sur cet hôtel. Tout était simplement parfait, aucune fausse note à signaler.

The location was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views everywhere you looked. Plus, the upgrade to a suite was simply delightful, giving me a spacious room with amazing views.

The wifi was limited and the GSM coverage was poor, resulting in unreliable internet connection. the sunny side rooms could get a bit warmer before sunset.

The cabin I stayed in was upgraded to the presidents suite, which had stunning views and luxurious furnishings. The staff, including Andrew, Kim, and the butler Jennie, were all friendly and attentive. The food provided was delicious and the activities, such as kayaking and a cooking demonstration, were a lot of fun. it was a fantastic place to relax and unwind.

One minor issue was the transportation provided for the land transfer, which was not up to the expected standard. However, this did not significantly impact the overall experience.
